Acrux receives $0.55 million advance on FY26 R&D Tax Incentive
Melbourne, Australia; Acrux Limited (ASX:ACR) is pleased to announce it has received a
second advance in relation to its FY26 R&D Tax Incentive (RDTI) from Radium Capital This
advance relates to the period 1 October 2025 to 28 February 2026. It totals $0.55 million, broadly
representing 80% of the estimated RDTI for the four month period.
Following the US Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) confirmation of Acrux’s Hormone
Replacement Therapy (HRT) regulatory pathway, funds will be used to support the progression of
development products and management of working capital.
Acrux uses this short term funding facility to give early access to the RDTI rebate, closer to the
period of expenditure. The terms of this second advance for FY26 are unchanged to the first
advance as announced on 13 November 2025.
Authorised for release by the Board of Acrux Limited.
