Announcement PDF 19 September 2023 Acrux and Dash Pharmaceuticals mutually terminate commercialisation agreement Melbourne, Australia; Acrux Limited (ASX:ACR) Acrux and Dash Pharmaceuticals LLC have mutually agreed to terminate the agreement for commercialisation of the generic Testosterone Topical Solution product for the United States market. Acrux retains exclusive ownership of all rights and Intellectual Property associated with the Product. With the continued decline in the testosterone market, the Product is no longer commercially viable for the companies to continue commercialisation and will be withdrawn from sale as inventory is depleted.
